KUTV is reporting on their Web site that this season of Survivor is going to be Men vs. Women -- at least at the start.
A quick look at their interactive slideshow of the new cast members reveals the following information, "Separate tribes of men versus women will compete on "Survivor: Vanuatu – Islands of Fire." It takes place on the islands of Vanuatu, in the waters of the South Pacific near the tumultuous "Ring Of Fire," a land of volcanoes and rituals where sorcery and black magic are a part of tribal life. "
If this holds to be true, it could make for some very interesting gender dynamics.
UPDATE:
We were able to get our hands on the official cast photos. Among them were two photos of each tribe. As Jeff Probst says, "these are tribes clearly divided."
