Speaking of naked White women: Survivor sexpot Heidi Strobel barely escaped the Amazon jungle with her life, the New York Post reports.

The middle-school teacher, who bares all in Playboy this month alongside Survivor winner Jenna Morasca, says she was hospitalized after dwindling to 86 pounds and suffering an infection of parasites in her stomach and spider bites on her left knee. "I had holes in my knee, and there was stuff oozing out of it," Strobel, 24, says. "I couldn't walk. It was very, very gross." And what did her male students think about the infamous episode that showed Strobel and Morasca stripping naked for chocolate and peanut butter?

"I never heard any comments about that," Strobel says. "They saw me passing out at school and throwing up blood. They knew I was very sick." Which still doesn't explain getting nekkid for chocolate and peanut butter . . .
